What is a level 1 pre-apprenticeship?

This pre-apprenticeship is for those aged 16-24 looking to take their first steps into the world of adult care work through supported employment.

On this programme you will find out what it's like to be in contracted employment and help adults with care needs live their best independent life.

Whilst you're in placement, you will be involved in a range of activities from assisting at lunch times, leading group activities to daily socialising with clients. You will not be required to do any personal care, 1-1 working or moving and handling.

Supported employment

Our behind the scenes team work around the clock to ensure we can provide a safe and understanding environment to support our Level 1’s throughout their year. We understand that home, friends and just life can sometimes interfere, however, this programme is here to not only show you what the world of work actually is, but to help you become the best you throughout.
