About our apprenticeship programme

  • Salary: £17,711 - £18,426 pa
  • The apprenticeship is for a minimum of 13 months.
  • You'll work a 5 day week: 4 days in placement and 1 qualifications day.
  • This opportunity allows you to gain a wide range of experience, working in a variety of placement settings and care groups on a rotation basis. You'll help clients to improve their independence by providing care and supervision in short breaks, supported living and day services.
  • Vacancies are countywide.

Throughout your apprenticeship, we'll give you all the training you need to make the most of this rewarding role.

Our managers and our learning and development team will support you to complete:

  • the Care Certificate
  • Functional Skills (this will be assessed)
  • RQF Level 2 Diploma in Care (Adults).
