You'll work in peoples’ own homes on our sites, to support them with:

Our roles involve shift work on either days or nights, including weekends and bank holidays. Some roles require you to sleep in.

In our short breaks service, people rely on you to support them to enjoy their time away from home, while their carers have a well-deserved break.

We will support you in your development with all the training you need, including the Care Certificate and Regulated Qualifications Framework award. As a senior support worker, you'll lead shifts – overseeing the team and dealing with day-to-day challenges, supervise others and take on an additional area of responsibility such as coordinating training or health and safety.

Day Service

Our teams provide excellent support and create opportunities for people to take part in a range of activities focussed on wellbeing, developing new skills and experiences, or maintaining old ones, and creating valuable relationships.

We support adults with physical and / or learning disabilities, older people and people with mental health problems or dementia.

Some of the people who use our services just need advice, guidance or emotional support, some need a caring and structured routine. Some people need physical support with almost everything and you will need to be able to provide this once you have received training.
