"I'm proud to have been involved in establishing an Inclusivity Mentoring Scheme within our Adult Care Service and having represented HCC at the Herts Equalities Conference 2019.

The variety of work has been fantastic and has helped me to identify my strengths and areas to develop."

Eden Scott, Graduate Management Trainee

"The grad scheme fosters a really supportive community that provides lots of opportunities for involvement and growth, both through studying for the CIPFA qualification and various opportunities within the council.

My first placement has been really eye-opening and I can't wait to find out what new insights my future placements will give me!"
