Grow with the Hertfordshire SEND Academy

You’ll receive training to prepare you for your role via our award-winning Hertfordshire SEND Academy, along with a generous pay and benefits package.

Do rewarding work that really matters

Your role will support children and young people with SEND to access education and support. The work is highly process‑driven, involving interaction with parents and professionals, but little or no direct work with children and young people. The work can be challenging, but is also very rewarding.

We’re continuing to grow our workforce to support children and young people with SEND by creating a range of positions including Education, Health & Care Coordinators (EHCCos), in teams specialising in a range of age groups and support needs (including Early Years, school-age, 16+, and additional vulnerabilities).

Join our team as we strive for better outcomes for children and young people with SEND and their families by continuing to improve the effectiveness and reach of our statutory SEND services.
